Winter Olympics

Website: http://www.nbcolympics.com/
Description: I meant to post this last week, but I ‘ve been doing some traveling and could not get to it.  It should be obvious to the readers of this blog that the Winter Olympics are the biggest (implicit) White sporting event in the world.  Every four years we have a chance to watch the beautiful European athletes compete.  (Steve Sailor commented on this theme recently.) In our multicultural age the Winter Olympics are an anachronism; so far “they” paper it over by highlighting at every opportunity the achievements of the non-Europeans.  The last time it took place, in 2006, I happened to be visiting some like minded friends.  The Winter Olympics was on the tv in the background and I commented to my friends that some day the powers-that-be will try to abolish it altogether.

America’s Stonehenge

Website: http://stonehengeusa.com/
Description : “Built by a Native American Culture or a migrant European population? No one knows for0053498-R1-018-7A_3 sure. A maze of man-made chambers, walls and ceremonial meeting places, America’s Stonehenge is most likely the oldest man-made construction in the United States (over 4000 years old). Like Stonehenge in England, America’s Stonehenge was built by ancient people well versed in astronomy and stone construction. It has been determined that the site is an accurate astronomical calendar. It was, and still can be, used to determine specific solar and lunar events of the year” (source: Website).  If the story indicated by America’s Stonehenge is true, that Europeans were in North America before Columbus, then our history needs to be rewritten to incorporate new facts about European exploration. Only European Americans are interested in that outcome. It shows. The visitors to America’s Stonehenge are almost always European Americans. Special European-centric recurring events take place on on the grounds, including Winter Solstice, Spring Equinox, Summer Solstice, and Fall Solstice.

Andy Devine Days Rodeo, Kingman, Arizona

Website: http://www.kingmanrodeo.com/
Description: From a Gazetteer reader:  ”You’ll find rodeos to be implicitly White throughout the country. This one is held every in September in Kingman, AZ, and draws both authentic cowboys and those who are cowboys at hearts. Plenty of misses vie to be the rodeo queen. Lots of roping, riding, and racing.”The Kingman from Kingman, Arizona

Our reader’s perception is reinforced by this photo from the rodeo Website. The caption  says, “The KINGSMEN are a group of local Kingman-area businessmen who work hard to preserve the history and traditions of Kingman’s Ranching heritage. In addition to hosting the Andy Devine Days PRCA Rodeo, we also sponsor a golf tournament, a softball tournament, and the Rodeo Queen contests” (source: Website).

EAA AirVenture Air Show (annual event)

Website: http://www.airventure.org/
Description: A wonderful, personal description of this festival was posted to the TOQOnline.com site by Steven E. Romer here.  He said: “I have been going to the EAA airshows in Oshkosh, WI (along with about 1,000,000 other people each year from all over the world) since about 1978. This is definitely another implicit white community for sure. I highly recommend it. I met Burt Rutan there and saw ‘White Knight 1′ and this year ‘White Knight 2′ in flight, among other things. A great group of people — I keep going back because they are like family, you get a really great family feeling up there during the weeklong show / convention. Everyone up there always says that too — it’s the people that make it great. There is a lot of volunteering — people do whatever they need to to put on the week long event, and there is a great sense of cameraderie. My dad takes off work and volunteers for several days every year. Volunteerism and charity are always higher in homogenous groups…”.
